Kairos ("the Service," "we," "our," or "us") is an AI-powered cryptocurrency trading assistance platform. The Service utilizes artificial intelligence agents built on Anthropic's Claude language model to analyze market data, generate trading signals, and execute trades on supported cryptocurrency exchanges on behalf of registered users.
The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis. Kairos does not act as a broker, financial advisor, or custodian of funds. All trading is conducted through the user's own exchange account via API integration. Your funds remain in your exchange account at all times.
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
- Provide a valid email address during registration;
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited;
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your login with third parties.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Kairos offers five subscription tiers: Free, Starter, Pro, Whale, and Enterprise. Each tier provides different levels of access, trading capacity, and features. Full plan details are available on the pricing page.
Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe, our third-party payment processor;
- Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle;
- In addition to the base subscription fee, a profit share percentage applies to net positive returns generated by the Service (see Section 5);
- All fees are denominated in USD and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law;
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Kairos does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card details. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
New users receive a 30-day free trial upon registration. During the trial period:
- You will have access to paper trading (simulated trading) functionality;
- A 25% profit share applies to any net positive returns generated during the trial;
- No credit card is required to start the trial;
- At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the Free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per user. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
Certain subscription tiers include a profit share component. The profit share is calculated as follows:
- Profit share is calculated on a monthly basis;
- It applies only to net positive returns (profits minus losses) during the billing period;
- If your portfolio experiences a net loss in a given month, no profit share is owed;
- The applicable profit share percentage varies by subscription tier and is disclosed on the pricing page;
- Profit calculations are based on reported portfolio values and may be subject to reconciliation.
Note: Profit share is calculated based on the reported performance of trades executed by the Service. Market fluctuations, exchange fees, slippage, and other factors may cause actual realized returns to differ from reported figures.
To enable live trading, you must provide API keys from your Bybit exchange account. By providing your API keys, you acknowledge and agree that:
- API keys must be configured with read and trade permissions only;
- Withdrawal permissions must never be enabled on API keys provided to Kairos;
- Kairos will use your API keys solely for the purpose of executing trades and reading portfolio data;
- You are responsible for creating, managing, and revoking your API keys on the exchange;
- Your funds remain in your exchange account at all times; Kairos never takes custody of user funds.
Important: Never enable withdrawal permissions on any API key provided to a third-party service, including Kairos. While we implement security measures to protect your API keys, any API access carries inherent risk. You can revoke your API keys at any time through your exchange account.
Kairos is provided on a "best effort" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible);
- Infrastructure issues, server outages, or network disruptions;
- Exchange downtime or API rate limitations imposed by Bybit;
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. During periods of unavailability, pending trades may not be executed, and open positions may not be monitored. You are responsible for monitoring your exchange account independently.
By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and can experience rapid, significant price movements;
- AI-generated trading decisions may be incorrect and can result in partial or total loss of invested capital;
- Past performance of the AI system does not guarantee or indicate future results;
- The Service is not a substitute for professional financial advice;
- Regulatory changes in any jurisdiction may affect the legality or availability of cryptocurrency trading;
- Exchange-related risks including but not limited to insolvency, security breaches, or operational failures are beyond our control.
You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely. Kairos is not responsible for any trading losses incurred through the use of the Service. For a comprehensive risk disclosure, please review our Risk Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Kairos, its operators, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service;
- This includes, without limitation, damages for trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption;
- Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Kairos during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim;
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the AI trading agents, algorithms, trading strategies, source code, user interface designs, and documentation, are owned by Kairos and its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service;
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service;
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties;
- Use automated means to scrape, extract, or collect data from the Service beyond normal use.
Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing period.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms;
- Your use of the Service poses a security risk or may adversely affect other users;

Upon termination, we will cease all trading activity on your behalf. You are responsible for managing any open positions on your exchange account after termination.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email or through a prominent notice on the platform.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and close your account before the changes take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The specific governing jurisdiction will be determined and disclosed upon formal incorporation of the operating entity.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
